• Each question requires either a numerical response or a short existing narrative (nothing new needs to be created for the purpose of the survey).
• Share data and insights for youth leadership programmes* you have facilitated over the past 3 years. This may include programmes conducted in collaboration with vartaLeap as well as your own initiatives.
• When responding to the questions, consider the most appropriate response representing at least 70% of your participants.
• A programme that facilitates self-transformation and social change (self-to-society journey) and enables youth leadership.
• A programme that lives the FLOWING principles of youth-centric design.
• For now, do not include skilling programmes, event-based initiatives, or service-delivery activities.
